the location is convenient. breakfast has such a great range of foods available. the staff was very pleasant, always ready to assist. the hotel room was super clean and super comfortable. it.

the floor safe was low to the ground, making it hard to reach without bending down quite a bit.

I found the staff were very good and spoke english, it helped a lot! the hotel seemed nice and well kept. i especially appreciated the convenient location. Getting around was really easy.

the room was quite warm the entire week i stayed. i couldn't find an outlet in the bathroom, and the mini-fridge was so full, i didn't have space for my things.

the room was large and clean with a comfortable king sized bed. there was also a mini bar. tea and coffee-making facilities available. the bathroom featured fluffy towels and quality shower gel, a very nice touch.

I noticed a fantastic selection during breakfast. Everything tasted delicious! there was also real fresh squeezed orange juice available, something i don't often see. the breakfast included various types of fish, berlin donuts and more.

The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. They addressed all my needs. The room included care products from Byredo, a brand I really love. What a treat. Breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. There was something for everyone. The hotel is well-situated, with access to shops and attractions.

The hotel is located next to a park that feels dark, especially during the winter months though the hotel itself is great.

The room was well appointed and spacious.

The guest services response felt slow. It took ages to speak to someone, and I kept hearing the automated voicemail. A mobile adapter took a long time to arrive in my room. I guess they have very limited staff on duty in the evenings.

My stay wasn't great. the room was too warm and there wasnt controls to adjust it. i asked for help from the front desk multiple times, they didn't send anyone. also, the breakfast wasn't as good as i hoped. The food selection lacked and the staff seemed uninterested.
